Like most fitness enthusiasts, the transformation that got me to where I am today was a bit of a roller coaster to say the least. I’ve done all the crazy fad diets, I’ve over exercised, done the ‘YoYo gimmicky fitness plans, I’ve gone through periods of under-eating and over exercising, extreme body dysmorphia, I’ve suffered with an eating disorder and experienced (and recovered from) the cycle of binge eating and restriction.
However, these more negative experiences have also been accompanied by an extensive amount of learning, education and personal growth and has led me to where I am today. I’ve tried a plethora of training programmes, protocols and methods to find what actually works, I’ve successfully reverse dieted and improved my metabolism, I overcame my disordered eating and binge eating disorder, I’ve worked with top fitness coaches to improve my physique, I’ve done a bikini ‘prep’, I studied for and completed my L2 and L3 personal training qualifications and now, I help girls all over the world change their body compositions, improve their relationship towards food and exercise and feel empowered to be who they are!
