The final month is about putting the cherry on top of the cake; pushing you beyond what you thought was possible to achieve! We will provide you with the knowledge, tools and wisdom you need to sustain the results you have achieved and continue along your health and fitness journey!
2020 was without a doubt my most challenging year yet. My marriage fell apart after my husband had an affair when I was pregnant. I moved home during the Corona lockdown and had to give up a job I adored in London. I had lost myself completely, both physically & mentally. But Empower changed everything for me!
