My online coaching programme is not a ‘fast track ticket’, nor is it a quick fix for results. Instead, my online coaching is focused on developing a healthy relationship with food, understanding the key principles of training and nutrition, implementing daily habits and sustainable lifestyle changes and learning to love yourself first!

Gone are the days of eating bland, boring meal prep to lose weight. I want to show you that you can eat chocolate, pasta, pancakes and bread every day and still achieve amazing results! If you don’t enjoy your diet, you won’t stick to it: so a delicious, flexible meal plan with lots of choices is key.

I am here to support you at all times.
I don’t send my clients away with a ridiculous training programme, tonnes of cardio or ask them to do anything realistic. I look at your lifestyle, time commitments, experience level and whether you will be training at home or the gym and formulate a plan which fits around YOU. We will work together to establish healthy habits and daily practices that become second nature and last a lifetime.
I want to take away the guesswork and sweat the details so that all you have to do is focus on one step at a time. I am here to guide, motivate, support and encourage you; whilst holding you accountable and focused on your goals. I want to know everything from your energy, mindset, sleep, cravings, strength and more so that I can take a holistic view of your progress and keep us moving in the right direction
