Over the next 8 weeks, I’m going to show you how to make sustainable and easy improvements to your day to day activity levels to maximise your weight loss results. You’ll also be guided through a results driven 8 week home or gym training programme, and you’ll get access to our weekly live workouts including yoga, barre and pilates.

This programme is about getting you physical results; but most importantly, I want to help you achieve results that extend far beyond how you look in the mirror (and results that actually last)!
You’ll receive an exclusive Empower recipe book with 200 cosy-inspired, “comfort food” recipes. These will be tailored to you, your calories and your macros to ensure you get the weightloss results you want.
Access to the empower app and all of its incredible features to enhance your journey and help you stay on track.
You’ll get the option to choose a gym, home or no equipment periodised workout programme; with 2 phases. Your programme will be structured for RESULTS; whilst still being realistic and sustainable. You’ll also receive a progressive cardio and step count programme to maximise your results.
An 8 week curriculum in which I will walk you through and educate you on a different topic each week. The topics within the programme will cover visualisation & manifestation, managing calorie deficits, navigating social events whilst staying on track, setting boundaries and lots more!
A weekly live workout class by our specialist instructor; alternating between barre, yoga and Pilates workouts.

The MIA challenge by Empower is not 1-1 coaching. It’s an 8 week challenge in which for the first time we are merging coaching and connection in a community approach.
Unlike our 1-1 coaching programs, your progress will not be monitored week by week by our team. Instead, this program will have a more autonomous approach in which you will be encouraged to track and monitor your own progress week by week. However, there will be a check-in with your coach mid way through the challenge, in which there will be an opportunity for us to review your progress thus far to ensure that you are progressing in an upwards trajectory.
Unfortunately we cannot cater to individuals for allergies and injuries in this challenge because these plans have been created for everyone that is joining the challenge. However, we would like to emphasise that the plans are adaptable and there will be alternatives and swaps that you will be able to do to make it work for you. Yes! These plans are by no means a strict guideline for what you have to do to get results. Joining the challenge will help you to achieve your goals by going a little bit MIA and focusing on yourself before the end of the year.
Joining the 8 week challenge will help you to get physical results, spark motivation and get you ahead of the curve before the new year, new me hype.
