Welcome! Emma here, a dedicated and passionate Online Fitness Coach with a HUGE passion to empower other females to embark on their own fitness journey to achieve a body they feel proud of and a healthy mindset towards food and exercise, in the hope to inspire others to start living happier and healthier!

My own personal fitness journey has had many highs and lows but I’m genuinely grateful for the challenges and setbacks along the way as I have learned SO much about myself & it’s inspired me to learn and educate myself as much as I possibly could to overcome these struggles. I used to be known as the ‘fat’ friend and got bullied in school, I suffered in silence alone struggling with an eating disorder, I’ve gone through the uncomfortable stage of being ‘skinny’ and scared of food to gaining weight and ‘bulking’ to build muscle.
Empower Online Coaching is genuinely my no1 life passion and I love nothing more than being able to guide females through their individual health + fitness journeys; helping them to dodge all the mistakes I made. You don’t need to restrict or do anything crazy, you don’t need to feel confused or alone! You CAN achieve a body you feel proud of whilst having a healthy/ happy mindset and you can eat your favourite foods every day! You need to start your fitness journey out of a place of love rather than hatred for your body and view it as a literal JOURNEY and an investment in your health. With over a thousand clients already going through their transformation both physically and mentally so now it’s time for yours!

Cookie cutter meal plans are never going to work for long term results which is why Empower Online Coaching is so passionate about getting to know our clients, their lifestyle, their struggles and their behaviours; so that we can formulate a plan together which will work for your body, and your life.


Gone are the days of eating bland, boring meal prep to lose weight. I want to show you that you can eat chocolate, pasta, pancakes and bread every day and still achieve amazing results! If you don’t enjoy your diet, you won’t stick to it: so a delicious, flexible meal plan with lots of choices is key.


You will have access to everything you need through the Empower Online Coaching app. Your tailored meal plan, your calories & macronutrients, a workout programme with exercise cues and video demonstrations, educational video lessons, ebooks and a private chat feature with your coach. I am here to support you at all times.


I don’t send my clients away with a ridiculous training programme, tonnes of cardio or ask them to do anything realistic. I look at your lifestyle, time commitments, experience level and whether you will be training at home or the gym and formulate a plan which fits around YOU. We will work together to establish healthy habits and daily practices that become second nature and last a lifetime.

I am here to guide, motivate, support and encourage you; whilst holding you accountable and focused on your goals. Any barrier or struggle that comes up, I’m here to help you work through it and be by your side every step of the journey

Weekly check ins

Our check ins is where we log your progress, weight, measurements and photos to keep you accountable and to ensure you consistently make steps closer to your goals! I want to know everything from your energy, mindset, sleep, cravings, strength and more so that I can take a holistic view of your progress and keep us moving in the right direction


The Empower methodology uses a scientific evidence based approach to fat loss, muscle gain and changing your body composition; broken down into a simple to follow plan. I want you to get results just as much, if not more than you do! I am very proud of my clients and their results so you can be assured that you are in safe hands with Empower
