🔹 Full-Time Social Media Assistant – Hybrid (Bath, UK) 🔹
📍 Location: Hybrid – mix of remote work & in-person collaboration in Bath, UK. The successful candidate will need to live within an hour’s commute of Bath.

đź’°Â Salary:Â Competitive, based on experience
📆 Start date: Full time from September, however there will be some training days required in August.

Empower Online Coaching is more than just fitness – we help women achieve lasting transformations beyond the mirror, with a holistic approach to health, food, and mindset. We’re looking for a creative, social-media-savvy Social Media Assistant to join our fast-growing team.
💡 What You’ll Do:
✅ Assist in planning, creating, and scheduling engaging content across social media platforms for the Empower’s Instagram and Emma’s.
✅ Support with photo & video creation, ensuring high-quality visuals using lighting, composition, and editing techniques
✅ Edit reels, videos, and graphics using Canva, CapCut, Adobe, or similar software
✅ Stay on top of social media trends, engagement strategies, and emerging content styles
✅ Work closely with Emma and the Empower team on in-person content shoots & strategy meetings
✅ Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and engagement metrics
âś… Assist and support the wider team to support the internal runnings of Empower.

✔ Social media enthusiast – you understand social media and you’re eager to learn more. Ideally, you already have some experience with growing an audience
✔ Content creation skills – you can take high-quality photos, film engaging clips, and use editing software
✔ Highly organized & eager to learn – you thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment
✔ Located near Bath or easily able to travel in for in-person content sessions
